Mindfulness in Real Life: In this series of 60-minute workshops, Travis teaches participants how to use mindfulness in real life. Whether you’re working on a high-pressure project, speaking with a potential client, struggling in a relationship, hiking through the mountains, or washing the dishes, mindfulness is a crucial tool for successfully navigating real-world situations with calm joy.
High Performance Under Pressure: Drawing on his experience as a conservatory-trained professional musician, Travis shares how to cope with performance anxiety (aka “stage fright”) and perform joyfully under pressure, whether you’re giving a TED talk, presenting at a conference, on a call with a client, or pitching a project. This 60-minute workshop is based on Travis’ groundbreaking dissertation research.
